She Was born in Treviso on 20 August 1963 and lives in Venice.
She graduated from the Venice University Institute of Architecture (IUAV) in 1995 with a dissertation on the relationship between architecture and photography.
Her reflections on representing architectural works, and widely on anthropological landscape crosses both her commissioned work and the projects autonomously produced, without solution of continuity.
In more than thirty years of professional experience, her work has ranged from historical architecture to contemporary buildings and she develops theoretical circles with didactic and curatorial finality.



  • Since 1986 she works as a photographer.
  • From 1990 to 1994 she collaborated with Prof. Manfredo Tafuri.
  • From 1991 to 2014 she worked with Fulvio Orsenigo (ORCH -www.orsenigochemollo.com).
  • From 2003 to 2009 she has taught the FSE Photography Course at the IUAV University of Venice.
  • In 2009 she has been one of the founders of the photographers collective fuorivista, with which she has realized the Sismysicty project (www.sismycity.com) and CONFOTOGRAFIA.
  • In 2010 has won the competition announcement published by I.S.R.E./Sardinia Region.
  • In 2011 is among the winners of the Landscape Sardinia.
  • In 2012 he exhibited INVISIBLE ARCHITECT at the 13th Biennale of Architecture in Venice.
  • In 2014 she won the prize for the Critic of Photography in Benevento.
  • From 2013 she is Professor of Photography in the Master of Landscape and Garden at the IUAV of Venice.
  • In 2016 she was invited to exhibit Italogramma, a four-handed project with Fulvio Orsenigo, in the Italian Pavilion of the 15th. Architecture Biennale.
  • In 2018 she won the Pida prize, in Ischia.
